QHotels is a UK based chain of hotels which are spread across the country. It was founded in the year 2003 by Michael Purtill, Ian Goulding and by an investment company, The Alchemy Partners. Owing to their heavy involvement with the company, Michael Purtill and Ian Goulding are the Managing Director and the Finance Director of the company.

On its debut year, i.e. 2003, the QHotels portfolio was started with just two hotels. 14 years into the company’ establishment, this number has risen to 26 hotels across the UK. Each hotel have its own individual character and a brilliant team of welcoming staff. In November 2014, in order to strengthen their nationwide presence, QHotels added former hotels and luxury lodges of De Vere.
